Some see Aera’s land on the Los Angeles/Orange County border as the oil field where they work.  Others see open space and potential for wildlife corridors.  And others see a place they’d like to live.

Because these views are so divergent, Aera began planning the future of the property seven years ago.  During that time, we have rigorously analyzed the potential for development and worked to understand and address our neighbors' concerns.
